Friday July 21 Arrive at Lake O' The Woods Club in Valparaiso, IN. Set up your tent and meet your Retreat community as we watch the sun set over the water and discuss the importance of detox for the mind, body, and Soul.

Saturday July 22nd Sunrise Yoga, drying brushing, DIY self-massage oil and clay masks, discussion, twisting and inversion play, Heavy Metal Rage Yoga, and many more activities for a full day of Renewal.

Sunday July 23 Enjoy morning meditation and pranayama in the sauna followed by a delicious breakfast. End your weekend with a closing ceremony and free time spent at Lake O' The Woods Club.
